![]() ![]() ![]() I have been taking the airline for a few years now because I study at Oxford. There's no other option for me, there could be for others, but for pure convenience and price, it's a very good option. The app needs improvement, it's clunky, very user un-friendly but probably designed by accountants running the business and as we know with business leadership they are too busy looking at bar graphs to actually improve customer experience and blame the staff on the shop-floor who are doing a good job! For the price, I can't complain, it's a comfortable coach, cheaper than a taxi or parking at the airport - you get the odd disgruntled or tired driver but if they offend you, that's on you, not them, they have to deal with loads of customers a day, drive and lug a lot of luggage, so let's be fair on them or point the finger at poor leadership for making the drivers work harder than they should. This is where the app comes in useful because you can track your coach and others that are on the move. When the coach arrives, they ask you which airport and terminal you're going to and once everyone has baggage loaded you board the coach, the coach can be go from stupid busy to very quiet, so far the only inconvenience is the timings are all over the place and two coaches can turn up but you have to wait for the next one even though there's a driver and coach standing there - and the accountants that run the business have given drivers various excuses to use. They approximately run half hourly I reckon and I've taken it at all times of day, you can book your ticket online, via the app or even pay as your board (but I believe that's more expensive than the app) Overall it's a normal coach service between the airport and the major stop near me, this website is actually missing the stop I take which is in between Oxford and Heathrow. ![]()
